Customer service was good. Helped me under time pressure to send replacements However, the product arrived 3 times damaged in transit. If not packaging and delivery, it surely would be 5 stars.

Ordered some Yorkshire joints.Some of them were quite bad damaged but all tees looked like they were picked from garbage bins full of dust and 2 of them damaged hit by hard objects not during the transport.They were picked in that condition. Not impressed with quality and services.

These guys are unbelievable.. My plumber forgot to order the controller (Honeywell Evohome system) over Christmas.. It was just a misunderstanding, it happens.. I ordered it from JTM on a bank holiday evening (plumber arriving the next day for two days) and dropped JTM sales an email asking if I could request express delivery. The MD replied with half an hour and assured me they would try and I should call the next day, once they were open. In the end I didn't need to call, they emailed me the next morning, shipment ready to go, with pre midday next day delivery.. DPD just dropped it off at 8:15. This is what I call service.. I don't buy much plumbing kit, but I will rave about JTM whenever I can.. Guys you are awesome.. Thank you.
