I ordered a repeat prescription. Over two weeks ago. I rang early last week to be told it had not been processed but it would be sent electronically marked urgent. As it was a bank holiday they said they would send me insulin pens on Friday. Well that did not happen so on the Tuesday after the bank holiday I have no medication whatsoever a d have had to reduce the insulin I am administering so that I do not run out. It has raised my sugar levels considerably. I feel badly let down. You try to contact by phone and it rings and rings not no one answers
