I'm not happy with the service they give now as I've tried to phone n email them but no response from them ???? Y don't they ever answer there phones .but they can take the money of people. They don't respond to txt.s phone calls n emails now .so I had no choice but to inform trading standards now 4 my sofa now n action fraud team aswell now ???

Do not trust or buy from this company! Wrong order delivered after being assured items would be replaced and countless emails still no joy! Only to be blocked and ignored disgusting company!!

Not at all happy bought a sofa less than 2 years ago ok was not the most expensive still paying for it as well. But I have just had to look at buying another sofa because mine has broken the lining has split/ torn some springs have broken. It's not had heavy use as it's only my husband and I at home all children grown up (so no children jumping on sofa) can't seem to access website as wanted email address to complain to. As I don't think the sofa is fit for purpose and I think I am owed a refund. DO NOT BUY A SOFA FROM HERE.

I ordered my sofa back in November and still no update as to when it will be delivered. Their customer service is appalling, never answer emails and I have sent a few. Managed to contact them by phone and spoke to someone who said they would get back to me, I had to keep phoning them to be told delivery would be the week after Christmas and I'm still waiting
