Terrible customer service. Called to try and find some inserts for a piece of furniture. Very rude man said "have you looked at our website?" I said yes I had and that I had the exact dimensions for what I needed but was struggling to match them against what was online and I'd hoped they could help by phone. He said, very irritably and abruptly "everything we've got is on the website". I'll find another company. When you are trying to buy something and the sales team clearly don't give a **** it's a pretty good indicator of how much they will care if anything goes wrong with the order... Sorry that calling the phone number that is displayed prominently at the top of your website caused you so much irritation!
