Garland House Surgery

Been my doctors for yes raking on too many patients in my view as we struggle to get to see a doctor sometimes a long wait to get appointment

Trying to get through to reception is a shambles, I was number 6 in cue for 41 mins befor getting to number 5 anyway when getting past number 1 and it starts ringing is was constant ringing for over a hour. I even used another phone at same time that's 2 phones no answer. I ended up driving in my pj's to the surgery unwell with both phones one ringing and one in the cue stuck at number 5. This isn't good enough.

Brilliant doctors when you can get to see one. They take ages to answer the phone and when they do you cant get an appointment. They release new appointments at 12 on Tuesdays so you have to go to the surgery and join the queue and then its at least two weeks away

I have no complaints about the fabulous doctors or receptionists at this surgery. I have found them to be helpful, friendly and courteous and was seen by two lovely doctors on separate occasions very quickly. Thank you, it was really appreciated.

Great surgery. The staff and doctors there are really helpful. I called at 8am and got a same day appointment and the doctor I saw was really friendly and helpful. There wasn't too long to wait and it was a warm and clean building. The waiting area is well spaced and lovely.
