        i loved the job, but very poor company. i started with emerald care service in October and finished in may 2017. in the entire 8 months i had not one training course. i was working with people who demonstrated challenging behaviour and aggressive. i started with no intervention training and was hurt on more than one occasion not to mention the clothes that was damaged which was not refunded. i put 3 requests of annual leave in 8 month and not one was accepted because apparently they were too many people off, when i checked the work diary not one member off staff was off. i received a work badge which was a piece of cardboard very unprofessional. not reliable and would not recommend.
