I followed Mr Cale from his previous Practice in Racecommon Road, Barnsley to the Darfield Dental Surgery and, I am delighted that I did so. Not only is Mr Cale the best Dentist that I've ever had but all the Staff at Darfield are superb. Going to the Dentist is never good news. However, the guys at the Darfield Dental Surgery make it as good as it can be. They always seem to manage to fit me in when I'm in a fix and do it with no drama and a smile. Thank you Darfield.

seems to be a different dentist every time you get appointment then you found out next time they have left. you explain yourself or issue again... some dentists here are good others are not and don't seem interested. Had wisdom tooth pain and bleeding big time and got sent home while the tooth was clearly impacted and growing into my cheek got told it was fine.... Then got another appointment and another dentist refered me for it out. Seems to be no communication between dentists what so ever.

I have been having problems with a tooth that had a hole all the way down to the nerve which caused an abscess. I had a course of antibiotics which didn't clear it up so the next step was to have the tooth pulled whilst I have the abscess to clear it up. I had my tooth pulled by Alex and he was absolutely fantastic he put me at ease and gave me a choice of either root canal or tooth removed so you can guess what I opted for. It was as painful as hell but that was because of the abscess not anything to do with what Alex did. The dental nurse was amazing as well she made me feel really relaxed and if you are both reading this review thank you so so much. I was in extreme pain afterwards with my abscess but it is easing off now after using a cold compress for a couple of hours.
