I contacted Structural surveys after receiving a rather concerning Level 3 home survey report. I provided them with a copy of the report and they pointed me in the right direction of they survey I required. they initially booked me in for the following week, but called the next day to say they had a cancellation and could do my survey earlier. they attended the property arranging all access with the estate agent and as stated sent the report on the next working day. The report was easy to follow and covered all the worrying points from the previous survey which confirmed that the house was structurally sound. if I had just got the previous survey I would have pulled out of the house sale, but luckily these guys were able to provide me with the facts and recommendations. It is now full steam ahead to complete on the sale and start the renovation works. I would highly recommend and will be coming straight to Structural surveys on any future property sales.
