        Thanks Chris for attending site promptly today. You carried out the first service and sorted a minor glitch which coincidentally had occurred a few days before your arrival. Good service as always. It's what I've come to expect when dealing with Stannah.

        Could'nt give them zero stars most unhelpfull company to deal with just needed a spare part ie the charge pick up assembly they obviously didnt want me to have the part but wanted to charge me twice once for coming out and identifying the part which i explained that was required then when they have checked they wanted to come back again and fit it it looks like it was going to be close onto a thousand pound gave me a load of twoddle about being a lift engineer which i know is not true just got the part of ebay for 40 inc postage coming tomoz dont use these people if you dont have to thinking of becoming an engineer myself easy money

As mentioned on the phone we're unable to assist on this occasion, as the stairlift has not been installed by an accredited dealer or Stannah directly, and we only supply parts to other stairlift companies with NVQ trained stairlift engineers.Kind regardsJo M
