        Synpac implemented Contact Tracing devices from IoT Horizon which are now mandatory as part of the covid policies. The operators enjoy wearing them as its just another layer of protection to their PPE, it has made them feel safer and shown how much importance we have put on keeping them safe, as PPE is a given but IoT devices such as these are much less common to see. Throughout the whole process IoT were very helpful and handled all queries quickly.
