My order was not delivered by DHL. (No fault of the Sausage Man) They responded immediately to my email, and issued a replacement order which was delivered safely. Excellent customer service, and the products look amazing.

O have just picked up my first order from the sausage man and even though I haven't tried anything yet I think it will be nice as it looks nice and very well packaged and presented also when I went to pick up my order I couldn't belive how polite and helpfull the staff was and I even got a free hot chocolate

Ordered a birthday gift of steak and chips 22 days ago and have now been told, the day before, that its out of stock. I have now had to rush to find a suitable alternative with a days notice.

I placed a relatively small order for a mix of authentic 'Christmas Market' sausages to cook over the festive period. This company is by far the best service we've ever had ordering fresh produce. We placed the order on Monday, it was packaged and sent yesterday afternoon. We received it today. We had emails throughout every step of the process. The packaging, contents and labelling within are superb. The contents were well protected and still frozen. We would recommend this company everyday of the week and twice on Sundays.
