Though not fluent in English, staff via email are friendly and extremely efficient, posting items very quickly (I think even the next day sometimes) and also being extremely accommodating when I had to return straps at least twice due to the size not being quite right (but not charging me extra). The quality of the Pirelli webbing and clips is very good. I highly recommend UpholsteryShop!

I have never done any upholstery before. I'd found my metal framed sofa bed was sagging a bit in the middle with the result that two people on the sofa ended up resting against each other's shoulders. I determined that the webbing was slack, so I did an analysis and found I would need about 10 meters of webbing,15 hook clips and 5 "other clips" which no upholsterer within 30 miles had! I made arrangements to visit Lana's shop to discuss how best to resolve my situation (Lana normally just deals with online orders but told me when she'd be there). I ended up buying...... nothing! Lana indicated that I could prize open my clips to reuse them and that the webbing could be slightly shortened and resused! "Ah, what a about a stretcher" I asked (from my brief analysis of upholstery I'd observed that a stretcher for the webbing would be needed). "Not for this type of webbing" came the answer! I have provided negative reviews in the past when my experience has been ... well... negative, and I have provided positive reviews regarding restaurants, goods sellers etc- when the products I have purchased have warranted it. This is the first review I have given when I have purchased nothing but have been given excellent advice. I have very little (if any) doubt that should you need anything from Lana, you will be given excellent advice as I have. Thank you Lana!
