        We went to Danson Park Bowls Consortium for a friendly game. On arrival, the opposition made us feel very welcome. It has a nice clubhouse and green. The green is well maintained and is very good to play on. The raffle was great, as well as the spider before the game. The buffet was lovely, especially the cakes! Thank you very much for a brilliant day out. We hope to see you again soon!

        Just to the side of the main driveway into the park, is this nice bowls club. The members are very welcoming to visitors, and it makes for a relaxing afternoon watching the games, especially if the sun's out...
