Each of the operatives arrived on time and did exactly what they were supposed to do. We are super pleased having found them. The girls in the office are extremely pleasant and courteous. They have followed up wherever required and kept me up to date with timelines when materials needed to be ordered.
Im sure every job is different but my experiences have been nothing but excellent.

this is the second job G & S have done for me, just over two years ago they provided me with a new side gate, again which i was very happy with.
i will certainly use G&S Maintenance in the future when necessary

Before starting the job, I had simply requested that they send me an email stating what needed to be done, including a simple sketch or drawing for the kitchen, since they didn't have any CAD application. However, they failed to provide this even after numerous follow-up calls. When someone finally called me, they did not bother to send me any drawings or plans.
On the day of installation, I had to be present to ensure that everything was done properly. I had to call them every day just to know what was happening, as they had not provided any plan or information about the job.
To make matters worse, when the job was supposed to be finished, I found half-painted doors! When I called them to discuss this, they claimed that this was what we had agreed upon. I believe this is why they did not send any plans or sketches in the first place.
What is even more concerning is that they left the flat without door bars, which posed a potential safety risk to the resident who uses walking sticks. I tried to contact them via phone and email several times, but they did not seem to be interested in ensuring our safety.
Overall, I cannot recommend G&S maintenance due to their poor communication, lack of planning, and disregard for safety. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with them.
