I saw Ross and he was very informative with many detail explanation to joint functions. He prepared me for stretches to resolving my issues with my ankle and back. He had a good professional work ethic and I appreciate his honesty for no more visits woth exercises to continue at home. Great service. Thank you

I went to see Will at Alpha health with painful feet. He was able to tell there was no problem with the bones, and reassured me they would improve. With only 4 appointments, different strengthening exercises and very helpful massages he was proved right! Knowledgeable, friendly service that actually works. Would highly recommend.

I had a problem with my foot and I found that Ross was incredible. He explained everything very well and gave me some exercises to do at home. After a few appointments, the pain is now almost gone and I cannot thank him enough. He knows his stuff and also he is very pleasant, (as are the rest of staff). Very, very happy.
