Mr Julian and team are super friendly and offer outstanding levels of customer engagement as per when they really went above and beyond to save a pair of damaged frames I brought them at very short notice. Without hesitation he also gave a second life to an existing set of spare frames by almost like an optical magician turning them into a great VDU focussed pair of specs as well to top it off. Deffo use 2nd Sight Opticians with absolute confidence!

I took my daughter here for a second opinion and spoke to Sam who was the dispenser. From the very start Sam was extremely helpful giving me great advice on how to move forward and what would be beneficial for my daughter. He introduced me to Julian who gave me great advice on lenses and then my daughter had an eye test with Shimir who was also fantastic. A massive thank you to Sam and the whole team at second sight who put my mind at ease.

What can I say about this place? They sell themselves on offering a personal service and knowing their clients and I can back that up. Years ago my Nan used this place without any issues and my dad had also used it for years, last month he collapsed and went into hospital, the hospital lost one of his glasses lenses so I needed an emergency replacement until we can get him back for a proper pair. These folk were so helpful getting a new pair sorted, both opticians and staff all equally sympathetic and got my dad seeing again so he can watch TV in hospital. Thanks so much folks for your help over and above what is expected.
