Donnas Nail Eyelash & Eyebrow Bar

If I could I would give them 0 starts. I have never gone to another place for my nails and not one time have they given me the thing I asked for; either the wrong colour or my design has been awfully done with no care. The reason I am writing this review is because I had gotten my nails done around a week ago and in that week my nails had chipped and the nail polish job has been done terribly. The worse part is that my mail has broken if twice and I have gone to get a repair which I had to wait a very long time because in my appointment another person came in and I had to wait around an hour in between my nails getting done for the other persons nails to be done. Went with my friend and waited for her to get her eyelashes and eyebrows done never been so sick in my life, looking around the place is filthy nothing was clean and while I was waiting there and watching few more girls came in to get same things done same brushes and wax sticks being used on them not cleaning before hand using the same dye over and over again in the pot just mixing old dye with new my friend also have to remove her own dye of her eyebrows as they was busy with next customer, guys as a beautician myself the standards are very low and Im concerned on customers health, specially were there dealing with customers eye area etc.

Had such a terrible experience. In short, having paid for a set, I politely asked for something to be amended and I was (literally) ignored and told to come another day. I was in disbelief and mentioned Id like assistance to which they told me to leave. Ive never experienced anything like this and with the poor quality nails I paid for I wouldnt want anyone else to experience this either. Stay away and go elsewhere for your peace of mind and some actual customer service. Donnas nails, do better.
