        I recently visited Prim & Polished for nail services and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite having an appointment, I was left waiting for over 40 minutes in cold water, which was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, when I expressed my concerns about the quality of the nails, I was told that there was nothing that could be done to improve them. Overall, I was disappointed with the service I received at Prim & Polished and unfortunately, I will not be returning. While I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, I feel that the staff could have done more to make my visit more comfortable and enjoyable. I hope that this review will serve as constructive feedback for Prim & Polished and that they will take steps to improve their service and address the concerns of their clients in the future. Services: Dip powder, Pedicure

        This is the best nail shop! I have moved 45 minutes away and still travel here to get my nails done. Jess and John are my favs but all are great! Can't recommend enough!
