        Absolutely brilliant service only called on tuesday the 3/1/2023 to talk about mobility scooter arranged demonstration same day and ordered the one that i liked and delivered today 6/1/2023 they kept me updated on my order highly recommended thanks

        lovely people great customer service, helped us pick a suitable wheelchair didn't try and sell us anything far beyond what we needed. Paid the deposit the chair was delivered within the week. Really pleased to have somewhere local we will be back as needs inevitably change. Actually came to them as the care home had another resident whose family used them and spoke highly of them.

        Called out to fix a stairlift where the batteries needed replacing. Friendly, knowledgeable engineer turned up on time, carried out a full service and provided some helpful maintenance advice. A much better experience than I've had in the past with Stannah. Highly recommended.
