        Took the car in for the service and asked to check the AC as not working, was informed gas needed to be refilled, agreed on that and paid for it. Tested the car 2 weeks later, AC not working. Took the car back in for the MOT, asked again to check the AC as not working and informed by an other staff member that gas needed to be refilled. I told him it was done 2 weeks before and he didn't know what to say after checking the paperwork and confirming that job was already "done". At that point I just got back the car and left. Wasted money, never again
