Asda Bexleyheath Crook Log Supermarket

This review is for Click and Collect Only. Click and collect does not seem to be functioning properly. It takes allot of time to locate parcels and people have to wait some considerable time. I waited 20 minutes to be served and after I was served I was told my parcel was not there. The lady that served me was pleasant and tried hard to resolve the issue. She did not seem to be at fault for this problem. I think logistically and how things are stored for collection needs to be reviewed. Do not send your items to this location until they dealt with the problems of click and collect.

The security told me to jump of a cliff the staff are rude impolite horrible customer service I felt discriminated and bullied by staff within this work place

Very rude staff, Jenny was very rude to me while I was shopping on 18:20 on Saturday. Very disappointing with service I had.

Eaten a very good strawberry cake. With a little sphere of chocolate on the top. All araound it a gracious pear creme.

Used to like coming in here but now it's pretty dire and soulless. The tills are unmanned and it now just offers self scanned. I'm not an asda employee and so shouldn't be doing it myself. I guess they are paving the way for a cashless society and artificial intelligence. Very sad.
