Flames Pizza & Grill

Waited 45 minutes for my food. When it finally was ready I opened it at home and there were items missing and the food that was there was on the raw side. When I took it back they told me I ate the rest of the items that were in fact missing. Will not be ordering again

The chicken shish meat was hard The kofte was not as expected or previously ever seen look like a long piece of processed mashed together food nothing like a kofte and requested in onions on the order which did not happen so tainted the whole meal for everyone

Very poor customer service didn't receive part of my order and was told its not there problem when we said so someone has to have no dinner they replied yes would NOT recommend all food was cold aswell

Worst customer service. Placed an order on just eat and they accepted it then declined it. I placed the order again and rang the restaurant to ask why and the women rudely said "she isn't driving to Eltham it's to far" even though they charge delivery fee. I then got a message to say the food was on its way, even after being told it wasn't. So i called the restaurant to ask why it's saying this and her response was "don't worry you food won't arrive anyway" Word of advice to this women- GET SOME MANNERS. NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!
