        Awful experience with this solicitor. They were slow and disorganised and never got back to me. Terrible communication, hard to get hold of, dragged out a simple process for months and months. Forgot about meetings, forgetful in general, and even their own reception staff seemed at a loss for what to do because they were getting so many calls and complaints
