P L Mulligan Family Funeral Directors Welling

Arranged to have the inscription added on a headstone for my Dad last feb from welling branch and work only completed 2 weeks ago, was told at the time it might take 3-4 months but not 12! Missed an important anniversary for us and very disappointed at how long this took, when complained was told 'oh well its done now'! Wish i had gone with someone else.

I am so glad we chose Mulligan. The staff are incredibly friendly and respectful - but in a very humane way; not distant or aloof, which is what I worried about. It is a family business and that attitude carries through. The pride they put into their work is very apparent. Many thanks!

Julie I would like to thank you and your colleagues for the service you provided following the death of our mother Violet, I first spoke to you just 30 Minutes after my mother died and can't thank you enough for the kindness and guidance I received from you with such sensitivity. The respect shown when the staff from Mulligans came to take my mother into your care was truly comforting. At no time were we left wondering what to do next because you and your colleagues had it covered. A very traumatic time had been eased by the professionalism of you and your colleagues. My mothers funeral itself was carried out with respect and precision, we were guided through every step of the way. Also on hearing the possible numbers of mourners expected you provided an extra vehicle just in case. Mulligans provided a wonderful service from start to finish and I would recommend your service to anyone. Your team of very professional and friendly staff do you proud

We dealt with Jade from the Eltham branch of PL Mulligan's for my Mum's funeral and I have to say her knowledge and her professionalism was exceptional, they even managed to arrange a professional recording of the service for friends and family that were unable to attend.
