If I could give ZERO stars I would. This firm serviced our boiler in London and did a dodgy non-compliant job. Stay away - They will take your money, NOT give a receipt, NOT give you a service report and ignore your emails and phone calls. They have been reported to NICEIC and I will post pictures and complaint details here shortly, along with emails showing they have completely ignored all follow up emails and phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DODGY FIRM - YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL SIMPLY IGNORE YOU.. They are now on the 'black list' for 4 of the property management companies our properties use in London E1 and N1. I will be passing their details to our South West London contacts too. Even though your customers make a huge amount of money in banking, shame on you for taking advantage of then because they aren't in tune with electrics and boilers. Good luck Scott - I hope the measly thousand pounds was worth loosing your reputation - some of your customers make this in an hour - but you've just got yourself a headache and a terrible dodgy reputation - Nice work!!!

First visit was good. However, they needed to come back the next day to lag the condensing pipe. The person (Jake) did the work then left. 5 mins after he left the boiler did not work again. They said he was coming back. I waited all day but he didnt return despite many promises. Finally I spoke to him at 8pm at night but he said it was too late and he wasnt coming. To add insult to injury he said I would have to pay to have him come back! So 510 of cost and he didnt fix the problem... and he wanted me to pay for him to return. Awful service. So, I got another plumber to come and fix the problem. The problem was that Jake had only lagged 2/3rds of the pipe outside so it had just frozen again! Unbelievably poor organisation and unprofessional tradesman.
