Update: I do not think my review was read properly I Mentioned that employees at the salon were quite unprofessional as well. Plus you are renting out your room in your business. If you want to avoid bad reputation there should be more thought into who you rent out your space to. WORST CLINIC EXPERIENCE EVER If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my appointment rescheduled without my consent. Despite that, I had left earlier to make it on time. Unexpected delays and suspensions via train due to poor weather had made me late. I let her know that there are delays and suspensions, which she had seen on instagram and liked my message but no actual response was given. (The reason why I did not text her phone number is because she didnt give me it). I had assumed she was informed and would still carry on with my treatment. However, when I arrived the lady at the desk had said she already left. We managed to get her on call through the receptionist and her tone was appalling. She was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and extremely aggressive with her words. Demanding me to apologise for wasting her time. Understandable, although I already let her know. If she was upset she could have responded to my message and let me know before hand she would not carry through with my treatment which I have paid a deposit. On the phone she said she will see me in person. As soon as she walked, correction, stomped in, without looking she said Are you [my name], {pointed at me} you come. The level of disrespect was terrible. She then took me in to the room where treatment is taken place and continued to disrespect, shout also with aggressive hand gestures in her room. (At one point I felt threatened that we would attack me) I then started to cry and left the room I sat in the salon sofa till I composed my tear and was ready to leave. At that point I was on my way out talking to my sister about what I had experienced when one of the salon workers inconsiderately knowing also what I had just went through told me to watch what I say as there are clients who have come to relax (baring in mind I did not say anything inappropriate) it was also a conversation between me and my sister. Extremely disappointing as there was nothing said to the worker who caused a scene. They are too busy trying to cover up their reputation as a salon then have compassion. I was too distraught to even justify myself at that point so I just left feeling absolutely defeated by two of the workers. None of the workers tried to console me. Just had the whole salon watching like it was a show. Wouldnt recommend coming here at all. I will take further steps as required.

such an unprofessional service from an aesthetician working in the salon. taking money from peoples account and then cancelling their appointments when simply querying the service that was being paid for. rude and unhelpful would NOT recommend ever booking with SLB Aesthetics. Also using private clientele images that have NOT been permitted to be used for the benefit of their own business. cannot believe they allow someone to work like this.

I went to Cullen's to have my damaged and bleached hair cut and coloured to my natural colour. My roots were long grown out and I specifically said I dont want my roots dyed just the ends to match the roots. My natural hair is a flat mid dark brown. I didnt receive any of this and was charged over 100 (and actually over charged 20 by Claire) I had Claire. I wanted my hair collar bone length I gestured to the bottom of my collar bones. I received practically a long Bob above the collar bone. I specified that I wanted my hair to look like my natural hair - no dye on the roots. She dyed the entire head of hair a colour which was apparently warm which essentially gave a RED undertone?! I had not described my natural hair as red or warm? Clear to me not that to Claire I was just one more customer of many and she just was not focused or actually listening in the consultation. I complained post a day of figuring it all out and if I got what I went in for. The management were so kind and I was advised to return to have the hair fixed for free. Unfortunately the damage was done my hair was too short and the dye couldnt be stripped so more dark dye with a flat colour was applied and now I essentially have black hair. I was not aware that youd have to heavily research before going to a professional hairdressers it would be great if Claire wouldve listened to me and done as I had asked. This was about a month ago now and as Im still just frustrated and really unhappy with my hair I thought I should write it down. I am sure hairdressers out there would laugh at me for not realising the dye was going all over my head but I had never got my hair dyed before so I was unfamiliar with the process. I appreciate the way management handled it but they actually didnt really have any way of fixing the damage. I still need to go and get the 20 Claire over charged me but I anticipate them saying its just credit so I guess thatll have to stay there and Ill go for a trim in 5 years when my hair is finally past my collar brown again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I had my appointment rescheduled without my consent.
Despite that, I had left earlier to make it on time.
