Sarah has a lovely way of connecting with horses and takes time to work out what's best for the horse and rider. She is knowledgeable, calm and caring to all levels of riders. I would fully recommend her professional services.

Had suzie come out for my Welsh on Friday. His saddle was far too wide and he was showing discomfort when under saddle, currently cant afford a new saddle like I wanted however suzie came out and pulled out all the stops. There was such a huge difference in him last night when I rode, Ive got my happy boy back and its all thanks to Suzie for her expertise in what to do! Thank you again

I worked for Saddles Direct a number of years ago now and know first hand the lengths the team goes to and long hours they put in to ensure they provide the highest standard of service and quality of saddles to their customers and of course, their horse! Really lovely people who were really helpful in explaining how important my saddle fitting was rather than sales. Would highly recommend especially if you want to learn more about what saddles will work for you and your horse.

I have Sarah come out to fit my Fell ponies. I have bought two saddles from her. Fells can be hard to fit but Sarah took her time and got us sorted. Both ponies have been going so well in our Sparky saddles from Saddles Direct. Highly recommend for hard to fit Native ponies. Sarah is so knowledgable and the customer service is second to none.
