Well what a beautiful place this is, on a working farm overlooking The Roaches. So facilties are adequate, clean toilets and a bookable shower. 2 Fields for camping although after the recent rain and snow in the peaks the field was a little boggy in places but I got a perfect little spot. There is a large fishing lake and ample parking. The Farm shop has a reasonable stock and hires out firepits to keep you snuggly on the colder nights, They are currently having a raw milk machine installed, if you've not had it before it's beautifully creamy and their chickens supply fresh eggs, there is also outdoor washing up area, there is no electric hook up but it's a brilliant back to basics camping. This is truly a beautiful and friendly little campsite that is only 15 per night at the moment. You can contact them directly and speak to the lovely Julie. Definitely going to spend more time there as it is really close to a lot of the Peaks main attractions such as Luds Church, The Roaches and Dovedale and only 10 minutes from Leek Town Centre whish has an Aldi and Asda. Just up the road is a roadside cafe dedicated to Only Fools and Horses with a replica of the car outside, there is also a petrol station close by. Everything you need for basic camping. Highly recommended and Julie is a bit of a cupid too.

This place is an experience. Beautiful fresh produce. Lovely guy. The chicken we bought was delicious. Not sure about the freezer. The calculator packed up so we had to add up our own bill on our phones!
