Despite a very corporate exterior we pushed the door and entered an Aladdins cave of quality eBikes and excellent advice to go with them. I think we were there for over half an hour and the advice was extremely valuable plus the ability to try a number for size including childrens models. So really worth while with such a wide range of top makes to view. Certainly interested in taking one out for a day before making the final decision and this would be the ideal area.

With share luck I found this company form another happy customer,who told me they had the Pacific bike I was looking.from the first phone call to it landing on my door was hassle free,Jamie and Ali was amazing in arranging and fitting a part before hand with no issues. There was no pushy sales pitch and a friendly welcome. Even though they ain't my local bike shop,I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.just wish they was my local bike shop as a good shop like this is hard to find. Truly grateful

Called in briefly to sit on a few bikes has had a sizing issue and couldn't decide between medium and large. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Probably one of the best bike shops I've been to and they have some really nice bikes in stock. We'll worth a visit
