        Net Return Return I ordered a Net Return and unfortunately due to supply chain issue the wrong size was delivered to me. It was only after using the net for a couple days and attaching some new accessories did I realise this. GolfBays were more than happy to accommodate a return even though the net was in used, showing signs of use condition and promptly sent the correct net out to me. Customer service has been second to none, and im now able to use all my accessories with a compatible net. Thanks GolfBays.

        Excellent customer service, purchased a 3x3x3m driving net for the garden - build quality is brilliant. Live chat was an excellent function as I could always contact a member of staff with any questions I had. Delivery arrived on the requested day just in time for the weekend! Will definitely be using again in the future.

        My order was placed and dispatched the next day but problems were encountered with the delivery firm. Jack liaised with the firm to solve the problem but in the end realised it was better to resend the items so we could open on time and recover the lost items later.
