Adam and the team were brilliant throughout the sale of our freehold. The level of work and communication was second to none. We had a slow and unresponsive buyer that dragged their feet but Adam and the team kept chasing and updating myself as to the progress. In the end the sale went through and the process was made so much easier with the guidance of Adam and the team.

I contacted Freehold Sales when I had difficulty finding a buyer for the freehold which I was trying to sell in advance of my retirement. FHS found my buyer, managed the Section 5 notices and recommended an appropriate solicitor. A great end to end service.

Can not recommend this company highly enough. They were a pleasure to deal with from the outset. I'd spoken to another company who were frankly unprofessional in comparison on many levels. It's also worth mentioning that Adam and Clare that I worked with are very honest, even if it goes against them so to speak. They made the whole process simple and easy, answering any questions so I always knew what was happening. The situation is unlikely to come up again, but if I was selling a freehold again I would definitely come straight to this company!

Freehold Sale simplified what had seemed a complicated process. They answered all my questions, patiently explaining all the details of how things would work. I was successfully able to sell my freehold for a fair price, and am grateful to the FS team for all their support and efficiency.

I emailed this company for advice. Adam called back and provided wealth of advice and contact numbers to resolve my complicated leaseholder / freeholder dispute. I will most definetly used their service after doing all the groundwork that I have been advised. Highly recommended.
