        I contacted Sarah 8-10 weeks after giving birth and in the middle of the lockdown. Sarah quickly responded and was available to start some core exercises that were much needed after a long labour. Sarah came with all the protective gear to my house and was an excellent women's health physio. I could not recommend her enough. In a couple of months I was back to my usual self thanks to her exercise programme and careful monitoring. She is also very nice to chat too and makes you comfortable throughout the sessions!

        Sarah from Core Health Physio is an excellent physiotherapist. She helped me with some post partum issues and Diastasis Recti after having twins. Having felt disappointed with the therapy provided by the NHS, I called Sarah in desperation. She managed to give me the diagnosis I very much needed and she came up with an exercise plan to help start getting me better. I saw her regularly and got stronger quickly. I wish I had just called her from the moment I started having any issues. It was also hugely helpful that she could visit my home and I didn't have to get myself and my twins to a clinic with a large double buggy in tow! I highly recommend Core Health Physio.

She's helped put me back together again after countless sporting injuries - knee, shoulder, ankle - as well as helping me navigate pelvic girdle pain during my second pregnancy. She's hugely knowledgeable, a real problem solver, and so far has been able to fix me every time!
