I Have tried explaining this to them but just get told to go to hospital if its an emergency? I only hope this isnt the last post i put on the internet. Look after yourself ppl and good health cause your not getting any help here.

Poor service, bad booking system, felt a lack of care and attention and have left the surgery since. Would suggest going further for better experience.

The Beacon Health Group needs to end. Having 1 phone line for 3 surgeries where everyone all calls at once at 8am is not sustainable.

Reception staff are unhelpful and uncaring There has only been one lady an i regret not asking for her name she went out of her way to be helpful ! Im not a patient that is on the phone all the time , but getting an appointment is terrible I now feel really awful hence calling Monday 6 March

Arrived early for my appointment. I told reception that I was a bit early but that Id come for a scan, they just directed me down the hallway and told me to wait until my name was called. I was a little confused because I thought they might need to take my name and mark that Id arrived, but that wasnt the case. A couple who arrived shortly after me looked as confused as I was and asked if it was the right place to sit and wait. They also said they thought theyd need to give their names to be marked in. I couldnt fault the ladies in the medical ultra sound room, they did an excellent job in making me feel comfortable. The lady on reception was friendly, but just needed that welcoming touch. A simple Hello there, how are you? What can we help you with?. I also found it a little unprofessional to be eating whilst sitting at the front desk.
