I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Dr Kaly is so kind and empathetic. I am a very nervous patient, and she put me totally at ease. So much so, that I decided to have my treatment without sedation. The whole team were lovely and kind, especially Johnathan, who I contacted several times with different queries. As a Danish national who has lived in the UK for eight years and who finds attending a Dental practise as both stressful and frightening Id like to share by feelings on finally finding Danbury Dental Care who have treated me with kindness and compassion Thank you Kaly, I had bad experiences at an early age and if anyone has issues visiting a Dentists this is the place to go, they take time out to understand and care for your needs and refreshingly have a follow on service who check up on your wellbeing the day after treatment, for me attending the Dentist has now become something to look forward to. Needed a mandibular splint made for sleep apnea condition. There is a saying you get what you pay for and I have..Fantastic service from the first phone call. kind, attentive and professional. After many years of not visiting a dentist due to bad experiences in the past, and having such a bad fear of returning to any dentist I thought enough was enough and found Danbury dental care online. From the first telephone conversation with the receptionist who was so understanding, as just ringing the dentist was a fear on mine. The lady I spoke to was so welcoming and understanding, I had my consultation with Kaly which was amazing, I wasnt scared, she didnt push me to do anything, Im embarrassed of my teeth but she made me feel better, and we discussed options for the future, and most importantly she took time to listen to my concerns. I didnt feel like I had to have a quick consultation and had to leave. We made a plan to have my two wisdom teeth out which was to be performed under sedation, a few weeks later I returned and I was so scared. But Kaly listened to my some what irrational concerns, and answered them all to put my mind at ease. The procedure went very well, and Im back again in a few weeks for stage two of the work needed on my teeth. I wouldnt hesitate for a second going back, Im just cross with my self that I didnt find this dentist sooner, I cannot recommend Kaly and her team highly enough. Lovely understanding people. And great dentists.
