My experience could not have been better, I have a tap well out of warranty that needed a spare part, I had an almost immediate email response to my website enquiry yesterday afternoon, part identified, despite me having no clue what model the tap was, I then phoned and ordered the part, which was delivered today, just fitted in minutes. 24 hours from my first enquiry. They were helpful, friendly and so quick.

Tried to telephone direct for a couple of days no answer. Finally left message and they did return call . Required a replacement part which was a 25mm piece of white plastic sleeving. The price quoted was in excess of 17.00 Will go to any DIY shop and buy same for pence. Totally unrealistic pricing .

DELAYS AND POOR COMMUNICATION I have been waiting 3 months for a replacement Metis high pressure tap part, bought as part of a large kitchen order through Wren Kitchens. Unfortunately Paini have been very poor at communicating any updates and when I can expect the part. Not the end of the world, but a real nuisance when using a kitchen tap throughout the day that doesnt function properly. Replacing the entire tap might now be necessarywill feed this back to Wrens too.

Very poor customer service. Extortionate prices for replacement parts. 31 quoted for a set of ceramic tap cartridges which cost 4.59 from screwfix and last just as long!

When we bought our house in 1995 there was a Paini mixer tap in the kitchen, white in colour. The cold tap started to drip in 2017, in Nov. I ordered a new valve and both tap heads as I could not get the cold head off to access the valve. I tried lubricants, even a head puller without success. I kept trying as the drip got worse over the next couple of years but in the end in Aug last year I got a plumber in and after much effort, the worst one he had dealt with, he managed to remove it. New valve fitted and the new heads fitted which did not look as solid as the originals. Now the white ? enamel covering is coming off, mainly the cold one, hot one not so bad. I took photos of the head plus the receipt from 2017. I explained what had happened. I said they were not as good as the originals. All they did was to offer me new one at nearly 30. I am not prepared to waste that amount of money on inferior heads, probably made in China. Avoid this company.
