I have not stayed or visited this place however i am aware it has a fishing pond that offers day ticket fishing, i rang tonight and taking account it is currently quite late and i wasnt expecting anyone to answer however a lovely fella answered and simply said tara (bye) after i asked wether the pond was frozen over as i was looking for a place to fish the next day, i rang again and asked what that shambolic behaviour was about and he replied its 9 oclock, the ponds shut, dont come (saturday night btw) and ended the phone on me, this is how the staff treat customers asking a simple question and its diabolical, i understand its not the most convenient time of night but anywhere else wouldnt of replied like this and this must be delt with immediately what an imbosile.
