Lovely little company who were great with my mum in her last few months. Would defintly want to use them again if i ever needed to.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. You dont get paid as it says in the description, they lie and force you to work out of area and wont pay you if you refuse. I refused due to icy conditions and weather warning and asked me to work 2 hours away from my home which is the area I applied for. They treat staff awfully and no one is trained correctly. Id highly advise to not work for this company if you struggle with mental health as it does cause a lot of stress and the carers staff doing all the hard work get pushed aside while the office staff finish at 2 and dont pay us on time or correctly.

My wife and I worked really hard with THE SO CALLED MANAGMENT TEAM at MSH. To ensure that our 87 year old mother has a good quality of life in her own home. I can only describe them as incompetent

Had this company looking after my husband for about 12 months excellent company until the last month they wer phoning me every 2-3 days saying no care for my husband only 1 certain carer which for personal reasons I won't have so because I won't have this care bearing in mind they have another 5 staff in my area on 15th September they gave 24 hours and pulled out of my husbands care and I was left with no care for my husband. I'm therefore having to care for him myself right now as adult social care haven't found another company as if yet. This is disgusting an should never be allowed to to happen. Please avoid this company as you will be left with no care just like that.

Fantastic care company who go above and beyond to meet the needs of a ever changing care package during uncertain times. I have had to change days and times even with hospital appointments which have all been agreed which takes away a lot of worries. Big thank you to MSH from all our family and we wish them the best for 2022
