We have enjoyed the services of My Kind of Clean now for some years. The ladies and gentleman are , to a fault, friendly, polite and show the highest respect for our home and contents. Perhaps the most important point is that they are entirely trustworthy and client confidentiality is an absolute for them. They attend whenever suits our needs and within their safety guidelines, undertake anything between a really deep clean and thorough sort out of kitchen, cupboards and rooms, to some lighter cleaning and dusting, just to keep on top of things. The service isnt just what you would do yourself, it is a lot more than that. Meticulous bed change and remaking, folding and putting away laundry, going through your bathroom and leaving it just like a five star hotel. This includes folded face cloths and hand towels, right down to toiletries sorted by height and toilet paper rolls folded in flower shapes or with small flower stamps to catch the loose end ! Each member of staff has their own techniques and, like my wife and I, the first words you will say on seeing the finished job is Well, I couldnt have done that ! Our visits have been flexible to suit our needs, in slots of one hour or more. We started on fortnightly but now find that weekly better suits us and My Kind of Clean are in regular touch with us to make sure we are happy. We have also found that the ladies will go out of their way for clients with disabilities or particular needs and they cannot do enough for us. Like many people my wife and I first thought that help at home would cost the earth, but we were not surprised at how reasonable the rates are, we were amazed. When every member of staff works every single minute of their contracted time, My Kind of Clean give excellent value. My Kind of Clean are a local company, employing only local men and women who are entirely trustworthy. My wife and I are absolutely satisfied with our service and would recommend My Kind of Clean wholeheartedly.
