Absolutely fantastic customer service offered by Sam. He was very helpful from the begining and the quality of the laptop I was provided is much better than expected at a great price. I'll be using these again. Very thorough with the technical details - even provided me with a guide on how best to use the laptop.

Recently bought a fantastic laptop from Sam, SB Supplies. I had an idea what I wanted and with a budget in mind, and in all honesty, Sam could of sold me something I didnt require and pay for something I didnt need or use. He asked me for what purpose I needed it for, and I gave him a budget, He shown me several and explained in a simple way so I understood the specifications with analogy which I thought was brilliant. The laptop I bought from him is superb, very fast at loading whereas my old laptop took an age to load, superb condition, very competitive pricing, far less than a high street outlet and far superior in design and specifications. From a phone call, to meeting Sam again, from a few questions and his analogy, the trust and honesty built and he always has time to have a laugh and a chat. I will be sending my friends, and anyone who needs PC or Laptops either repairs or to buy a new system to Sam and I no doubt he will be honest and supply an equally great service. Erik Bought a laptop from SB Supplies 2 weeks ago, took me this long to work out how to leave a review, I don't normally bother, but Sam and his business deserves the best review I can muster. The old laptop I had was terrible, I'm led to believe its a retail laptop, anyhow, the laptop I bought of Sam is lightening fast, I cannot say enough how happy i am with it and Sam. To which point I purchased a further two laptops off him very recently due to my kids for home schooling requirements. Again, the laptops are outstanding as with the price and service. He sells Ex Corporate / Pro Laptops at budget prices and with 12 months warranty. If you need a laptop or wanting repairs, give him a call, what a gentleman, polite, professional and a decent guy to chat with. Highly recommended.
