I have just completed my level one Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at Joy Yoga. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. The knowledge and professionalism with the friendly and respectful manner that was shown by all the team led to a most enjoyable experience. If you want to train as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher or you want to learn more about how to practice Kundalini Yoga - this is the place. Or you may want to learn how to meditate or develop your meditation knowledge even further or learn how to play the Gong for meditation - this is the place. Or you may want to delve even deeper with practices like Sat Nam Rasayan or Naad Yoga and so much more - this is the place to be.

JOY is a much needed wellness centre to escape todays stressful world. This sanctuary is the perfect place to unwind and care for ones self. Not only did I really enjoy all the Yoga classes there, I also loved the space, the amazing teachers, and the variety of workshops offered. Always something new and exciting!

I love Joy. I get alot from Kundalini practice because of how powerful it is for energetic and nervous system regeneration, and the teachers are great. It may take time to get used to, because there are mantras and meditations which you don't have in most Vinyasa or Hatha practice and doing so might feel uncomfortable or even appropriative. But you can just participate to the extent that feels appropriate for you. Also, yoga was traditionally an integrated practice, which I feel Joy emulates well. The studio is a sanctuary like space, with nourishing tea. And I have really enjoyed the online sessions as it's good to be able to do the 7am classes for a live morning practice from my own space at home.
