        Cardboard packing boxes okay. Wouldn't buy stretcher bars again. Owner not helpful.

        I have been buying bars from Canvas and Stretcher bars for years. I have always had excellent service and professional quality products from them. I have no problems buying from them at all. I notice a previous review has only left one star complaining about service. You will always get one individual who complains about something. These people have no idea of quality or service and only complain so that they can try and get goods for free. Canvas & Stretcher Bars guarantee these bars and will replace free of charge if not up to standards, but it does take time to turn around replacements - it cannot be done the same day. I would rather buy from C&SB than some other cowboy outfit who have no idea of quality.
