Quick & efficient for Amazon returns

Had a package delivered to the shops Amazon locker. I arrived 45 mins before the shop was supposed to close and it was closed. I needed my package for the Sunday and because they don't open on Sundays I couldn't get it. Don't have an Amazon locker if it's not going to be open until you say. I asked inside what time they close on Saturday in Monday morning and they said 5.30 which is still 15 mins after I arrived. I told them they closed early on Saturday and I missed out on an opportunity because of this and the response was so nonchalant and recurved no apology. Do not send your Amazon packages here it's no point

They always do their job and always never rip you off with prices and let you see the things before you pick it up and even test it for you in front of you. This is how it should be done in any store. Great work to who ever owns this place you do a very good job at being kind to your customers. Only problem I can say is the place itself, it is very small and I think it will be a nightmare if there was more then say 4 people in their as there is not much room to stand.
