I booked Sherbet when I came into London for a business trip. Their professionalism was outstanding. I loved the enormous glass roof which gave spectacular views of London, and the great quality service. 10/10 would recommend again. We are opened a business account with them, that's how amazing their service was. Great Rates! Great people! Great drivers! Definitely recommend!

Awful service. I booked 2 taxis days in advance to take me from my hotel to my wedding ceremony, so very important I was on time!! I received a phone call on the morning of my wedding to ask if it was ok if the taxis were 5 or maximum 10 minutes late, but the other would be on time. I agreed this was fine if 10 minutes was the maximum and asked for honesty so I could make arrangements if not, as it was very important to be on time. After 10 minutes of waiting, no taxis (not even the one promised to be on time). Neither taxi had showed up after 20 minutes. After booking reasonably well in advance (days) and stressing that it was my wedding day when asked if it was ok to be late, I think priority and more importantly honesty should have been given to me. I live in London and would have used Sherbets regularly but certainly won't be now.
