        Had my nose pierced here and would recommend - Henry was very friendly & kind and did the piercing with no fuss at all. Id definitely come back

        Extremely poor experience. Dismissive/unengaged when I was telling him what I wanted, then made a mistake with my piercing. When I pointed out the mistake, got very irate and angry, blaming me for it. Hardly ideal given the permanent nature of their product. Suspect not an isolated incident as heard him yelling at another customer on the phone for what sounded like a similar complaint. Questionable hygiene.
