Is wery poor service. I was ordered more than 100 item and after 5 working days delivered after 6:45 pm for some else.After 2 days the call the shop your order delivered some elst but my shop and they shop different opening hours.The guy in the fon say go my self and pic up .I say no I can't The naber guy came and bring in after 2 days and say is your delivery but the parcel looks missing inside the sample paper bags is all ready damage.I was contacted the shop say last week Thursday Adam the manager he will full refund last Week Friday and wait couples days to refund .Now agein Friday no my money cam back I was contacted agen othe guy say I yes we got back your returns and I will Can refund back maybe today or next week reason the refund on only Friday. Still I didn't get my money. newer ever agein Quality Stitch Wimbledon ltd So who like lost the mone go then otherwise run ao

This shop is useful & has a variety of options & 70% of the time they will have what i require. It is rather in need of updating as its very depressing inside & out. But that I'm willing to overlook. However what I'm NOT willing to overlook is rudeness. All the staff are fairly pleasant except for an asian woman who seems to be from an indian/punjabi background. (I only mention this to identify her) Every time I have been there she has a face like she is being kept there against her will. Infact i sometimes avoid going there due to her lack of charm (that's me being polite) Not sure if it still works there but it's presence was definately harming the business. I understand customer service is a difficult & demanding job but she had that face & repulsive attitide EVERYTIME i went in...& unfortunately I had to go in regularly. In my humble opinion she's desperately in need of a good long D....ie Discipline.

I found a few bits and pieces that I wanted here and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would like more merchandise on show to browse and I nearly didn't go in the shop coz from across the road, the shop looked derelict
