Post Office Dalston

Mirroring what everyone else is saying - this honestly must be the worst PO. Their bureaucracy turned a simple D&G into a nightmare, because they wouldnt accept the only details necessary for a D&G, written on my piece of paper instead of their own. Trigger happy, excessively complicating things and spiteful, we ended up having a huge fight. Some of my parcels were taken in, some werent. They were closing and refusing to give my parcels back. I called the police, they didnt stick around. Just a whole mess really. Normally you leave your bag at the till with details of how to post inside and say hi and bye at most??? Wouldnt use this PO if I had the cure for Covid and I needed to send it to the UN

i have used this post office for many years,i cant really give a bad review,as some of the same people have worked there for years,allways nice with me,but these days long waits,few staff,and because all the smaller post offices in the area have gone,its usually busy,disgruntled customers etc more the fault of government cuts than the staff themselves,needs more staff

Such a frustratingly bad Post Office. There's never anyone on Click & Collect which makes online postage purchases completely pointless. End up queuing for ages for one of the few desks they open with an exceedingly grumpy employee. It's so much eaater to just use Yodel now unfortunately.

Long waits. Not enough workers. Digital kiosks dont work. Line is way too long. Fix it.
