Fish Brothers Dalston

Update 29 November 2022 I can't speak highly enough of the service I've received from Fish Brothers Dalston branch. I repeat everything I wrote 2 years ago but want to add that recently I thought I had lost my item. On calling the Dalston branch I spoke to the manager Cara, who was patient, listened to what I had to say, and was very empathetic to my current situation. She couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring and sorted everything out so I didn't lose my item. I genuinely appreciate everything that Cara and her colleagues have done for me during particularly hard times and Fish Brothers in general. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. Thank you all again. I couldn't recommend you more highly. Back in 2020 My experience with Fish Brothers Dalston has been nothing but POSITIVE. Every email to them (because of lock down) has been answered in less than 24 hours, and usually a lot less. They have bent over backwards to help me, and have gone way beyond what I ever expected from them. They kept me informed of any changes throughout the lock down. They really helped me out at a particularly difficult period and gave me one less thing to worry about which made all the difference. These people are providing an invaluable service to many people and are very fair, friendly, reassuring and I personally have found genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. I can't sing their praises enough. Peter was particularly helpful. Thank you Peter.

Very bad experience with this company, very rude staff except for one lady, and very unprofessional! I would not recommend this company at all.
