        Just went in as both my varifocals broke this week and young staff could not be more helpful. Mended both on spot... and great to see card glasses cases being used. No more plastic

        Awful and substandard customer care service As I vowed to the manager, I will not recommend SpecSavers to anyone with a nervous disposition. It took me over 3 months of substandard servicer to finally get my glasses after eye test in December 2022. I attended several appointments to find staff unsure about my glasses what was going on with my glasses. Appointments were never filed, communication was zero until I attended the shop and confronted the manager who promised to improved staff training. I gave a very negative feedback to trust pilot which forced Specsavers to respond to my concerns. SpecSavers customer experience needs serious attention.
