Changed my iPhone screen and they put in a very bad quality screen. When I got it back they told me there was a better option but I was never given that option in the beginning. Then they only gave me a 7 day warranty (who gives 7 day warranties?!). Not in London anymore so I wont be able to change it. My phone overheats very rapidly now.

Last year, december 2022, i sent my old pixel 3 to google recycle program, and still wasn't paid since. It's the worst program ever. Every department i contacted (customer service, tech supp, marketing, etc) have no idea who is responsible and they just ditch me to the next person. They got tired of me and left me with just a link, to the third party, the company that is responsible for recycling their phones (Re-Tech) which don't have an site, and the only way to contact them is through a linked paged from google, for messages, not even email address. No response from them whatsoever. And the worst thing is that neither Google, jor Re-Tech is responsible for your phone, as they specify in the T&C, and when the phone arrives to Re-Tech, your phone becomes automatically their property, regardless if you receive the payment or not. I wouldn't care much in any other situation, but, i'm poor, and even that 100 are money for me. I hope some high up from Google will see this and deal with it. I have no power to do anything, except tell on all social media how bad is your company and how bad you treat your employees that they do not care about customers at all.
