I phoned this place yesterday to ask for a price of a gold and the man was so rude he said go and check on the internet and shut the phone on my face then I called back saying why are you being rude because all the other Turkish jewlerry shops answered my question they shut the phone on my face again I dont know what I have done wrong I am very disappointed with them and will advise everyone from my community not to shop from there as there customer service is really bad, you cannot not just be horrible to your customers how rude

I went to the store this morning because I wanted to get my earrings cleaned. Not only they didnt charge me for it, but they handed them back to me as shiniest as ever. I am really really happy! On top of that, all the gentlemen were kind, talkative and very friendly. I wish the team Erbiller a happy Christmas and a great new year. They certainly spoiled me for this end of the year :) Thank you!
